What You Need to Know

At Industry Hair Company, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know.


 Due to the independent nature of our stylists at IHC, cancellation policies may vary. We recommend confirming cancellation terms directly with your stylist. Generally, a notice of 48 hours or more is appreciated. Clients are responsible for adhering to individual stylist policies to ensure a smooth scheduling process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in supporting our independent stylists.

Post-Service adjustments

The stylists at IHC work hard to deliver high-quality, enviable results with every appointment— we want you to love your hair as much as we love doing your hair! 
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your service, please reach out to your stylist within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss their cut and/or color adjustment policy. *IHC artists operate independently, redo policies may differ.*

Please be aware that Industry Hair Company holds no liability. We value your feedback and strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services.

Extra Guests/Children

Industry Hair Co. aims to offer its clients a relaxing, complete salon experience. For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, we request that you strongly consider minimizing or not bringing additional visitors, especially children, during your salon visit. Your cooperation contributes to a serene atmosphere and a positive experience for everyone.

Whether receiving a service or accompanying an adult, all children must possess the maturity to follow the instruction of the stylist and salon management to ensure their safety, and the safety of other clients and staff. Children are asked to sit respectfully while in the salon and are not permitted to play with the salon chairs or equipment. In an event where the child cannot adhere to this policy, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fee may apply. 

Personal Property

While our staff takes the most care during your treatments, there is a possibility color may get on clothing, or water may touch your clothes or shoes.  Clients are advised to wear appropriate attire and understand that the salon is not responsible for any color transfer or damage to clothing. IHC has salon-provided robes available upon request, we encourage clients to utilize our robe service to protect their personal attire. 

We kindly request clients to safeguard their personal belongings during their visit. The salon is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items. Please ensure valuables are secure to enhance your overall salon experience.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a positive salon experience.

Pets

To maintain a welcoming and hygienic environment, pets are not allowed into the establishment, unless they are certified service animals. This policy is in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.
